RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1.0 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1.1 Customers may return unopened goods purchased from Scottish Honeyberries Ltd within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

1.2 To initiate a return, customers must contact Scottish Honeyberries Ltd at info@scottishhoneyberrygrowers.co.uk within the specified 7-day period.

1.3 Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition and suitable for resale.

1.4 Scottish Honeyberries Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

1.5 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

1.6 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

2.0 EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

2.1 Perishable goods, including fresh honeyberries, are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon receipt.

2.2 Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or significantly not as described.

2.3 Sale items or items purchased during promotional periods may be subject to different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3.0 DEFECTIVE GOODS

3.1 In the event of receiving defective goods, customers should contact Scottish Honeyberries Ltd immediately at info@scottishhoneyberrygrowers.co.uk.

3.2 Scottish Honeyberries Ltd will arrange for the return and replacement of defective items at no additional cost to the customer.

3.3 If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued for the defective item. 

4.0 CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is made before the order has been processed for shipping.

4.2 Once an order has been shipped, it will be subject to the standard return policy outlined in Section 1.0.

5.0 STATUTORY RIGHTS

5.1 This returns policy does not affect customers' statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

5.2 Customers in the European Union may have additional rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

6.0 AMENDMENTS

6.1 Scottish Honeyberries Ltd reserves the right to amend this returns policy at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Any changes to the returns policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Scottish Honeyberries website.
